About the Quality Assurance Pack
The Quality Assurance Pack has been created to offer support to organisations who are seeking to manage quality assurance effectively in line with registration requirements and good practice.
The pack consists of a subāset of nearly 40 documents from the full QCS Care Quality Management System. Exactly the same high quality of content and customisation which distinguishes the full QCS CMS from other systems is included, except that the range of content is cut down simply to support only quality assurance processes.
The Quality Assurance Pack can be upgraded to the full CMS at any time in the first four months of the annual subscription period by paying the difference in price. The full CMS system provides documentation to keep your service compliant with all relevant legislation, not just the legislation required for quality assurance management. This includes care planning, employment law, service user safety and abuse avoidance, health and safety regulations, food hygiene regulations, maintenance and all other legislation which impinges on a care business.
The QCS service includes a Help Desk for advice and support in implementing the QCS system.
