About the Residential Services Pack
The Residential Services Pack has been created to offer support to organisations who are seeking to manage ancillary services such as catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance effectively in line with registration requirements and good practice.
The pack consists of a sub‐set of approximately 50 documents from the full QCS Care Quality Management System. Exactly the same high quality of content and customisation which distinguishes the full QCS CMS from other systems is included, except that the range of content is cut down to include only residential services processes.
