The following updates represent additions and modifications to existing policies and procedures, uploaded over the past 7 days:
- Policy CA14: Assessment and Care Planning Pack – Medium to High Dependency. A completely new care plan for domiciliary care and supported living providers. Meets all new regulations and will shortly be subject to further enhancements.
- Policy CA15: Assessment and Care Planning Pack – Low to Medium Dependency. As above, but designed for the low-medium dependency end
- Policy CA11: Pre-Admission Assessment and Care Planning pack. Newly revised version of the pre-existing policy for care homes, to meet all new regulations
- Policy CP12: Service User Care Planning Policy Procedure – Medium to High Intensity. Newly revised version of the pre-existing policy to meet new regulations and match to Policy CA14. Specifically for Domiciliary Care and Supported Living providers
- CP18 Service User Care Planning Policy and Procedure - Low to Medium Intensity. Completely new care planning policy to match with CA15 above. Domiciliary Care and Supported Living providers.
- CP11 Service User Care Planning Policy and Procedure. Completely revised version of pre-existing policy, to meet new regulations and to match Policy CA11. Specifically for Care Homes.
- CR3 Avoidance of Abuse Policy and Procedure. Extensively revised version of pre-existing policy, to meet new regulations. Two new flow charts added to the document.
- CM2 Medications Policy and Procedure. Extensively revised version of pre-existing version to meet new regulations. Specifically for care homes.
- CM3 Medications Policy and Procedure (Community). Domiciliary Care and Supported Living version of Policy CM2.
