The QCS Care Quality Management System is fully customised to your care service.
Up to 125 customised fields
Service User handbook (SUHB) and the Employee contracts. Both are legally required documents and generic documents here are not acceptable by CQC
The SUHB is required by the Care Standards Act - specifically it contains the Statement of Purpose, the SU Guide and the SU Contract. CQC do not like generic documents. Ours is based on a template but sufficiently customised to make it not generic. Care managers find the SUHB a nightmare to write; new entrants to the sector find it impossible to write. No-one knows how to write employment contracts. The CMS takes care of this for you.
The customisation level even allows users to specify what they call their clients – not a trivial issue, very PC, and that level of flexibility is looked on very well by CQC
Customisation also allows us to customise for region e.g. Scotland, NI, Wales
