The QCS Care Quality Management System is fully customised to your care service.

Service User handbook (SUHB). A legally required document that will be customised with your companies information. The CQC will not accept generic documents in the SUHB.

The SUHB is required by the Health & Social Care Act 2008 - specifically it contains the Statement of Purpose, the SU Guide and the SU Contract. CQC do not like generic documents. Ours is based on a template but sufficiently customised to make it not generic. Care managers find the SUHB a nightmare to write; new entrants to the sector find it impossible to write. The QCS Care Management System takes care of this for you.

The customisation level even allows users to specify what they call their clients – not a trivial issue, very PC, and that level of flexibility is looked on very well by the CQC
